- ^ Cardrona summer blackout period applies from 23 Dec 2024 to 8 Jan 2025. Discounts will not apply during this time.
- Membership is valid for 12 months from the date of purchase.
- Membership is only available to residents of Otago/ Southland. Proof of residence must be provided when purchasing the Real Rewards Membership.
- All percentage discounts are off the standard retail adult and child rates.
- Membership benefits do not apply to coach and flight products, private charters or special excursions (i.e. Christmas Day Lunch/ Dinner, New Year’s Eve Cruises etc.,).
- Membership benefits cannot be used in conjunction with other promotions.
- Up to five accompanying guests are eligible to receive a 25% discount on RealNZ, Cardrona (summer only), on the condition that they are travelling with a Real Rewards Member.
- Discounts on Cardrona winter products are eligible for the Member only.
- Bookings are essential, direct with suppliers, in advance of travel and subject to availability.
- Memberships are non-transferable and are valid for use by the named member only. Misuse of benefits may result in cancellation of membership without refund.
- RealNZ reserves the right to alter ticket prices at any time.
