MICE Sales Manager

Originally from Rotorua, Louise relocated to Queenstown in January 2026 after finally making the move she had long dreamed of to Central Otago. A seasoned tourism professional, she brings years of senior sales experience and a genuine passion for helping people create lifelong memories through standout experiences.

Outside of work, Louise is dog mad and loves good food and wine. When she is not exploring Queenstown’s dining scene, you will likely find her out on the trails on her mountain bike, making the most of everything the region has to offer.

Christian Barnes

Business Development Executive - Events

Originally from the UK, Christian moved to Queenstown in 2023 for a winter season but quickly fell in love with the area. With extensive experience in hospitality and guest services, he is passionate about curating memorable experiences for every guest.

Outside of work, Christian enjoys exploring Otago’s lakes and discovering Queenstown’s vibrant dining scene. In winter, you’ll likely find him carving up the slopes with a snowboard strapped to his feet!

Lauren Dillon

Events Co-Ordinator

Originally from the Bay of Plenty, Lauren returned home after spending three years living in Canada and now proudly calls Queenstown home. As the glue of the team and our events coordinator, she has a natural talent for bringing people together and keeping every detail on track.

Lauren’s favourite events to plan are weddings and parties, and she loves being part of someone’s special day and the moments that matter most. Outside of work, she enjoys long hikes in the mountains and snowboarding through winter, making the most of the lifestyle that drew her to Queenstown.
